Here at Uempowerment (4U), we provide comprehensive workforce training to employers/employees that tackle work-related issues. We assist in resolving workplace conflict disputes and provide training that's based on Title VII laws, along with providing Alternate Dispute Resolution.

As a consultant, we assist employers, individual employees and former employees on workplace disputes, harassments, and the Equal Opportunity (EO) program based on Federal, Public law and policies which are designed to ensure a working environment is free from unlawful discrimination. The EO program provides employees and applicants a means to have complaints of discrimination or harassment addressed promptly and effectively.
We offer an alternative workplace dispute resolution process called "mediation" to provide assistance in resolving issues such as hostile work environment, harassment, reasonable Accomodations terminations, promotions, equal pay and many more issues. Sometime issues are based on regarding age (over 40), race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability (based on the Americans Disability Act and Rehab Act), reprisal, pregnancy, and genetics. EO Complaint Process
The complaint process is a two-step procedure that is designed to investigate and resolve discriminatory situations at the lowest possible level to individuals who feel that they have been discriminated against or harassed because of their age, race, religion, national origin, sex, color, genetics, sexual orientation, religion,physical or mental disability, or reprisal for participating in sanctioned EO activities.
Individuals must contact the appropriate office that serves as the agency EO Office in order to file a complaint within 180 days to contact EEOC from alleged incident.
Individuals may also elect mediation as the process to resolve their allegations, as this is where Uempowerment will provide consultant utilizing our tools in mediation, sensing sessions, trainings and or facilitate to obtain resolution. The employee/applicant shall begin the process of filing through your employer or EEOC If the allegations cannot be resolved during this informal stage.
Note: Employees may also file allegations through their labor union grievance processes if available.
